Helping You Roll With Life’s Challenges
Rolling with Life LLC was born in the summer of 2021. The fully virtual, private mental health practice, started with a passion to serve clients during the pandemic and was inspired by a popular pandemic hobby- roller skating. The founder, Brianna Sheridan, felt it was a clever metaphor for the best approach to life… “roll with it.”
Since then, the practice has grown to serve clients in Ohio, California, and New York virtually. Rolling with Life LLC values quality care and being curious about each individual’s experiences. We recognize that each person’s journey is unique and look to tailor treatment to each client’s specific needs, with effective treatment. We aim to empower our clients to find their strengths to overcome challenges and lead a more fulfilling life.
We understand that it takes a lot of strength and patience to take the first steps in reaching out to get help! We desire to make your experience and journey beneficial and smooth. We do this by offering a free 15 minute consultation over the phone to discuss goals and make sure our services are the best match for you.
We look forward to connecting with you!

If you consider yourself Gen- Z, Millennial, healer, artist, nerd, or lifelong learner seeking to find purpose, Manage ADHD, anxiety and or, explore career decision-making, build self-esteem, and heal from family relationships and stress.- I got you.
Using creative insight and evidence-based therapy, I help young adults build the confidence, focus, and resilience they need to thrive. My specialties include empowering clients to navigate relationships, heal from emotionally immature family dynamics, and manage ADHD with practical, life-changing strategies.
You can expect an understanding, inclusive, and exploratory approach to help educate and empower you to grow and heal. I am a fan of giving clients- “homework” assignments and work to help them build habits and changes in and outside sessions. I am licensed to practice in California ( #11304 ), Ohio (E.1901352), and New York (015711-01).
I became a therapist because I value supporting college students and young adults reach their full potential with support I wish I had in college etc. I remember and know, how stressful navigating adulthood can be. I am especially passionate about helping women understand their worth, navigate institutional barriers, and build a meaningful life.
In my past time I enjoy: board games, knitting, crocheting, sports (Pickleball these days) making art, reading, roller skating, dancing, and traveling.

I’m most passionate about working with are individuals, couples, and families who feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck. Individuals may be struggling with anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, substance use, or major life transitions. Couples may be facing communication difficulties, trust issues, conflict, or feeling disconnected from one another. Families may be navigating parenting challenges, blended family dynamics, conflict, or difficulty rebuilding healthy relationships after stressful or painful experiences.
My goal is to provide a safe, supportive space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to develop practical skills that strengthen relationships, improve communication, and create lasting, meaningful change.
My style is warm, genuine, and down-to-earth. I want clients to feel comfortable enough to be themselves without fear of judgment. I also believe in being honest and gently challenging clients when it helps them grow. I use humor when it’s appropriate, but I also know when to slow down and sit with difficult emotions. I often provide practical tools, worksheets, or coping strategies because I want clients to leave each session feeling like they gained something they can actually use in everyday life.
I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) while taking a person-centered approach. In simple terms, we’ll spend time talking about what’s going on in your life, how it’s affecting you, and the thoughts, emotions, and behaviors that may be keeping you stuck. Together we’ll identify patterns, learn healthier ways to cope, and practice skills you can use outside of our sessions. Therapy with me isn’t about me telling you what to do—it’s about working together to help you feel more in control, build confidence, and create meaningful change at a pace that feels manageable. I am licensed in Ohio as an LPC: C.2608063.
In my past time, I like to spend time with my family and take trips. I value authenticity, kindness, and lifelong learning, and I try to bring those qualities into every session. One quote that resonates with me is, “Progress, not perfection.” Healing doesn’t happen overnight, and every step forward matters.

I help clients that feel overwhelmed by emotions, stuck in patterns they want to change, or exhausted from trying to manage everything on their own.
My approach is warm, authentic, and collaborative, while also being direct and structured when needed. I believe therapy should feel like a conversation where you can be yourself without fear of judgment. I’ll meet you where you are, while also helping you stay focused on the goals that brought you to therapy. Our sessions are active and practical. Together, we’ll identify patterns, build new skills, and create realistic strategies you can use in your daily life. I often suggest practicing skills or completing brief exercises between sessions—not as “homework,” but as opportunities to help what we do in therapy translate into lasting change. My primary approach is Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). At its core, DBT helps people better understand their emotions, learn healthier ways to cope with stress, and build stronger relationships. It isn’t about telling you what to do or expecting you to “just think positive.” Instead, we work together to understand what’s keeping you stuck and identify practical skills that can help you create meaningful change.
I became a therapist because I believe people are incredibly resilient, even when they don’t feel that way themselves. Some of life’s experiences can leave us feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck, and I wanted to be part of helping people rediscover their strengths and move toward a life that feels more meaningful. What keeps this work meaningful for me is witnessing the courage it takes for someone to ask for help and the privilege of walking alongside them as they grow. Whether it’s seeing a client manage overwhelming emotions for the first time, rebuild a relationship, or simply begin to believe in themselves again, those moments remind me why I do this work.
Outside of the therapy room, I value spending time with family and friends, being outdoors, and finding opportunities to recharge and stay present. I believe maintaining balance in my own life helps me show up fully for my clients.
